How We Work
From first sample to trusted supply. Built one step at a time, not overnight.
The Path
The First Vehicle
Once you are satisfied with the sample, you do not need to commit to full volume immediately. Start with a single vehicle - one truck, roughly 30 metric tons, before scaling up. This gives you time to get comfortable with us as a supplier, at your own pace.
Commercial Terms
Once you are ready to move to regular supply, we work out commercial terms together, typically 10 to 15 days credit, adjusted to what suits your business.
If There Is a Quality Issue
Minor variations such as moisture, a slight shift in protein percentage, are handled through a debit note, adjusted against the invoice. If a batch has a genuine quality problem, we take the material back. The cost of that is ours to bear, not yours.
